📖 How to read this playbook (and how I read the FigJam)

Each page below is one decision point from the top-level map — one "play." The left pane recreates the FigJam tree exactly as drawn (same branch labels, same terminal boxes); the right pane is the same tree flattened into path → terminal state rows, so every route to an outcome can be checked line by line.

How I read each board: start at the entry decision, walk every arrow to a terminal box, and record the full condition path — then capture the sticky notes separately, because they answer a different question: not "what's the rule?" but "what do we do when the field is MISSING?" (look it up, assume a default, or follow up). Where two arrows overlap and the wiring is genuinely ambiguous, I did not guess — those became the questions at the bottom of the page.

Dashed-underlined terms open a ? glossary dialog — the shared vocabulary (UWing period, Knox Box, KYC, P(F), RCE…) captured while reading. Roof Class

Fire probability decides how hard to press: low P(F) forgives a non-Class-A roof; high P(F) tightens the deadline to 60 days or decline.

How I read this

The elegant part of this board is the UNKNOWN branch: instead of blocking the quote on a missing roof classification, the playbook ASSUMES Class A for modern materials and demands evidence only for combustible ones — and even then the ask is a time-bound confirmation, not a decline. Risk-proportional and quote-friendly at the same time: the same roof gets a different deadline depending on P(F).

Where an agent helps (unsticking the underwriter)
  • The Unknown-Class branch is an assumption engine an agent can run verbatim: roof material + age (from the lead, permits, or imagery) → assume Class A or demand evidence — no human touch unless the material itself is unknown.
  • The evidence list (permits, invoices, manufacturer docs, inspections) defines a precise document request — one scoped ask to the broker, parsed on return.
