Email Simulation

This is the customer/broker side — read what Zen Insurance sent, reply, or use the secure link. Sending happens on the Outbound side. Each email lists exactly the missing fields; respond two ways: click the secure link (a ~2-minute form of just those fields), or Reply — pre-filled with each item, parsed straight back into the workflow.

How the customer sees this — a design decision, not an afterthought. Every outgoing email is template-driven on two axes: by intent — a ready quote vs a request for missing info — and by recipient (1) Direct Customers and (2) Brokers, Premium Customers & New Customers. Each is a simple, warm message with a clean list of what’s needed, never an error-styled checklist. In production these expand into distinct, audience-optimized templates; same workflow, audience-aware voice.

Inboxes appear here when Zen Insurance dispatches follow-ups (Outbound → Outbox → Send). Once an email goes out, its recipient’s inbox materializes with the mail inside.
