📖 How to read this playbook (and how I read the FigJam)
Each page below is one decision point from the top-level map — one "play." The left pane recreates the FigJam tree exactly as drawn (same branch labels, same terminal boxes); the right pane is the same tree flattened into path → terminal state rows, so every route to an outcome can be checked line by line.
How I read each board: start at the entry decision, walk every arrow to a terminal box, and record the full condition path — then capture the sticky notes separately, because they answer a different question: not "what's the rule?" but "what do we do when the field is MISSING?" (look it up, assume a default, or follow up). Where two arrows overlap and the wiring is genuinely ambiguous, I did not guess — those became the questions at the bottom of the page.
Dashed-underlined terms open a ? glossary dialog — the shared vocabulary (UWing period, Knox Box, KYC, P(F), RCE…) captured while reading. Each page also notes where an agent helps: the exact spots a decision would stall on vague or missing info, and whether the unstick is a lookup, a derivation, the board's own assume-and-verify default, or one scoped question.
Decision Points — the map
The top-level board: eight entry decisions; Construction fans out to seven drill-downs. Every box below has its own page in this playbook.
I read this board as the table of contents: each diamond/box is a decision point with its own drill-down page, and the arrows sketch the SHAPE of each drill-down (e.g. Electrical already previews knob-and-tube → isolated/whole-house → draw areas). Where the map previews outcomes, the drill-down page is the authority — so this page just routes.

- The map is the case for encoding the playbook as data: every drill-down is conditions → terminal states, which means an assistant can run ALL of them against a lead the moment it arrives and hand the underwriter conclusions — with only genuinely ambiguous branches escalating to a human.
- Each page below has its own "where an agent helps" section: the pattern is always the same — derive the missing fact, look it up externally, or apply the board's own sticky-note default and verify later; ask a human only as the last resort, and then ask ONE scoped question.
- “Animals” and “Other attractive nuisances” appear on the map but have no drill-down page — is there a playbook for them (breed lists, trampolines, tree houses…), or is that judgment-call territory for now?
- The map previews Electrical outcomes (draw areas, inspection/replacement timelines) that the Electrical drill-down refines — when the two differ, I read the drill-down as authoritative. Correct?
